【Abstract】 Practice of earthquake joint-defense area in the crossed area of Shanxi,Shaanxi and Henan in 34 years is reviewed and summarized.For problems and shortcomings existing in earthquake joint-defense work,the countermeasures and suggestions such as consummating work constitutions further,building monitoring network,improving emergency joint-work mechanics and promoting regional cooperation and information sharing etc.are proposed,which can promote the ability of regional earthquake joint-defense and emergency joint-work.更多还原
