【Abstract】 Based on the study of characteristics and tendency of urban earthquake disaster in China,to establish system engineering for urban earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation in China is a preliminarily conceived.Features,elements and function of the system engineering for urban earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation are analyzed.It is thought that establishment of system engineering for urban earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation is an effective measure to mitigate urban earthquake disaster in China.更多还原
