【摘要】 中国地震局国际交流与合作信息管理系统 (Department of International Cooperation Net-work,简称 DICnet)是由山西省地震局和中国地震局国际合作司共同开发研制的局域网数据库以及适用于中国地震局下属各研究单位和各省地震局外事管理部门的单机版数据库 ,以满足中国地震局国际地震科技交流与合作方面信息和资料管理工作的需求。该系统是利用 Power Builder开发的 Windows平台下的客户 /服务器 (Client/ Server)模式下的数据库管理系统。在系统客户端应用程序开发中采用了 Tree View显示方式、标签页、拖放、OL E和 Word调用等一系列比较先进的技术方法。这些方法的采用 ,不仅满足了国际交流与合作信息管理的需求 ,提高了系统的某些性能 ,而且大大改善了用户界面的友好性 ,方便了用户的使用。更多还原
