区域生态和经济系统耦合效应下的土地利用优化配置——以山西省宁武县为例

【摘要】 以山西省宁武县为研究区,通过多目标区间线性规划模型,建立关于生态利益与经济利益的耦合利益最大化为目标函数,从社会利益角度构建约束函数,基于不确定性区间理论,进行2016-2020年土地利用优化配置研究。结果表明:(1)各土地利用类型的弹性区间较大的是其他农用地、林地和水域,分别为5 917.99hm~2、5 658.86hm~2和819.11hm~2。弹性区间较小的是耕地、自然保留地和其他建设用地,分别为179.62hm~2、2.25hm~2和13.6hm~2。(2)综合分析弹性区间和敏感度,将各土地利用类型划分为四类:约束型指标、预测型指标、发展型指标和保护型指标,可以提高土地利用结构优化水平。(3)各土地利用类型在优化结构中呈现出不同的发展趋势,在规划目标年,耕地和自然保留地呈现下降趋势,林地和建设用地都呈现上升趋势,其他农用地和水域的变化则较为灵活。

【Abstract】 Taking Ningwu County,Shanxi as the research area,through the multi-objective interval linear programming model,the coupling benefit maximization of ecological interests and economic interests is established as the objective function,the constraint function is constructed from the angle of social interests,and the optimal allocation of land use is carried out in 2016-2020years based on the theory of uncertainty interval.The results showed that:(1)the large elastic interval of land use types is other agricultural land,woodland and water land,respectively,5 917.99hm2,5 658.86hm2 and 819.11hm2.The smaller elastic interval is cultivated land,natural reserve and other construction land,namely 179.62hm2,2.25hm2 and13.6hm2.(2)Based on the comprehensive analysis of elastic interval and sensitivity,the types of land use are divided into four categories:Constraint index,predictive index,developmental index and protective index,which can improve the optimization level of land use structure.(3)Each land use type presents different development trend in the optimization structure,in the planning target year,the cultivated land and the natural reserve area show the downward trend,the woodland and the construction land both show the upward trend,the other agricultural land and the water land the change is more flexible.
