【Abstract】 In this paper,the latest research progress of summarizes the CHO cells engineering progress was reviewed,we mainly discussed and summarized the CHO cells in regulating metabolism,antiapoptotic and glycosylation engineering and application,proposed the CHO expression system applications,the potential problems and prospect of CHO cell expression system application was discussed,which was expected to provides ideas for subsequent research.更多还原
