电纺SF/bFGF纳米纤维膜用于皮肤缺损修复
Repair of Skin Defect with Electrospun SF/bFGF Nanofiber Membrane
【摘要】 本文采用静电纺丝制备含有碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)和丝素蛋白(Silk fibroin,SF)的纳米纤维膜(SF/bFGF)。利用扫描电镜研究SF/bFGF复合膜片的内部形态和结构,通过小鼠成纤维细胞L929迁移实验和小鼠皮肤缺损修复实验分析SF/bFGF的体内外活性。结果表明,SF/bFGF能促进成纤维细胞迁移且SF/bFGF纳米纤维膜对小鼠皮肤缺损有促进修复作用。
【Abstract】 The nanofiber membrane(SF/bFGF) containing basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and silk fibroin(SF)was prepared by electrostatic spinning. The internal morphology and structure of SF/bFGF were studied by scanning electron microscopy. In addition, the bioactivity of SF/bFGF in vitro and in vivo were detected by the migration of mouse fibroblasts L929 and mouse skin defect repair experiment. The results indicated that SF/bFGF could promote the migration of fibroblasts and played a role in the repair of mouse skin defects.
