高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中的辛酰羟肟酸

【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中辛酰羟肟酸含量的分析方法。样品采用甲醇超声提取,经XBridge C18色谱柱分离,高效液相色谱/二极管阵列检测器检测,以保留时间和紫外吸收光谱定性,外标法定量。结果表明,辛酰羟肟酸浓度在1~200 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9。在20、100、150 mg/L 3个浓度水平进行样品加标实验,回收率为97.2%~104.6%,相对标准偏差在0.48%~1.90%(n=6),方法检出限为0.001%。本方法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于各类化妆品中辛酰羟肟酸含量的测定。

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of caprylohydroxamic acid in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Cosmetic samples were extracted by methanol ultrasound,separated by XBridge C18 column,detected by diode array detector,and quantified by external standard method.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the linear relationship of caprylohydroxamic acid concentration was good in the range of 1~200 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The recovery was 97.2%~104.6%,the relative standard deviation was 0.48%~1.90%(n=6),and the detection limit was 0.001% when the standard addition experiments were carried out at the concentration levels of 20,100 and 150 mg/L.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of caprylohydroxamic acid in various cosmetics.
