【摘要】 目的:探讨地震现场和后续救护更加合理的组织方法,为未来重大灾害救助提供更好的方法。方法:回顾分析"汶川地震"入住院绵阳404医院627例伤员的伤情,总结分析救治重点及关键问题,探讨地震救护组织、后续救治重点及有效组织形式。结果:收治的627例伤员中四肢伤36.2%(227/627),头面伤21.1%(132/627),多发伤10.7%(67/627),胸部伤7.7%(48/627),挤压伤6.7%(42/627),椎骨骨折5.6%(35/627),骨盆骨折4.1%(26/627)。快速分拣和高效ICU病房救治对于提高后续救治成功率十分关键。结论:现场挖掘救援队联合适宜装备的医疗救援队才是最有效的现场救援;强有力的ICU病房救治可降低死亡率;血液透析和呼吸机十分关键。具有地域特点的灾害救助预案构建十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objiective:To discuss all the more reasonable organizing means of earthquake spot remedy and extend remedy to guide future remedy of graveness disasters.Methords:Retrospective analysis traumatic condition of 627 cases of the wounded persons in WenChuan earthquake who were in-hospital in the 404th hospital in MianYang of Sichuan province.To summarize and analysis focal point and key point of the remedy.To approach more effective organization mode of rescue in earthquake area scene,focal point of extend remedy.Results:In 627 cases of the wounded persons who were in-hospital in the 404th hospital in Mian Yang city wounded of four limbs was 36.2%(227/627),wounded of head and face was 21.1%(132/627),multiple injury was 10.7%(67/627,wounded of chest was 7.7%(48/627),crush injury was 6.7%(42/627),vertebral fracture was 5.6%(35/627),pelvic fracture was 4.1%(26/627).It is extremely key point of fast triaging and high performance remedy in ICU for increasing achievement ratio of extending remedy.Conclusion:It is the most effective rescue team which combined scene digging rescue team with medical treatment rescue teams with much suitable equipment.Drastic rescuing in ICU sickroom could reduce thev fatality of the earthquake wounded persons and raise achievement ratio of extended treatments.It is also key equipment of hemodialysis and breathing machine for rescuing after earthquacke.It is necessary to make a disaster aidding proposal with different district specialty for disaster aidding before.更多还原
