西安城市生态系统生命力评价

The vitality assessment for Xi’an urban ecosystem

【摘要】 以西安市为案例地,借助包含生产力、生活势、生态势和生机度的城市生命力指数框架,运用灰色关联分析模型,从时间序列上进行城市生态系统生命力评价,以期从生命力视角对西安市的生态文明建设和可持续发展提供参考。评价结果显示,基于目标层,2007—2016年西安城市生命力与参考序列的关联度排序为:R2007年<R2009年<R2008年<R2010年<R2011年<R2012年<R2013年<R2014年<R2015年<R2016年,10年间,除2009年有小的回落外,西安城市生命力发展状况总体属上升阶段。基于准则层,西安市生活势Ri值范围为0.1614—0.3368,发展状况良好,在城市生命力发展中起促进作用;生产力和生态势Ri值范围分别为0.1010—0.2276和0.1195—0.1647,发展状况次之,虽在上升过程中存在一定波动,但总体趋势有利于城市生命力发展;生机度Ri值在0.0392—0.1127间,在准则层中处于最低水平,发展状况欠佳,生机度下的单位GDP能耗和单位GDP水耗因子是西安城市生态系统生命力发展的限制性因素。

【Abstract】 Taking Xi’an as a case, the paper, which based on the urban vitality index framework that covered productivity power,living status, ecological ascendance and vital force, evaluated the vitality of urban ecosystem from time series by grey correlation model. The paper aims to provide references for the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable development of Xi’an from the perspective of vitality. The results showed that, based on the target layer, from 2007 to 2016, the ranking of the correlation between Xi’an urban vitality and reference sequences was: R2007<R2009<R2008<R2010<R2011<R2012<R2013<R2014<R2015<R2016, except for a small decline in 2009, and the urban vitality development of Xi’an was in an ascendant stage. Based on the criteria layer, the living status Ri value in Xi’an ranged from 0.1614 to 0.3368; it was in good condition and played a role in the development of urban vitality; the Ri values of the productivity power and ecological ascendance ranged from 0.1010 to 0.2276 and 0.1195 to 0.1647,respectively, and the development of them were secondary. There were some fluctuations in the ascent process, but overall they were conducive to the development of urban vitality. The Ri value of vital force was between 0.0392 and 0.1127, the lowest level in the standard level; the development status was poor. Energy consumption per unit of GDP and the water consumption per unit of GDP were the limiting factors for the development of the vitality of Xi’an urban ecosystem.
