空间溢出视角下汉江生态经济带地级市工业二氧化硫排放影响因素研究
Research on the Influencing Factors of Industrial SO2 Emission in Hanjiang River Eco-Economic Belt Prefecture-Level Cities: Based on the Perspective of Spatial Spillover Effect
【摘要】 论文基于汉江生态经济带13个地级市2006—2016年面板数据,采用空间自相关分析和空间计量模型,对汉江生态经济带地级市工业二氧化硫排放进行了空间相关性分析和影响因素研究。结论显示:2006年以来,汉江生态经济带工业二氧化硫排放呈现空间正相关,且相关程度呈先上升后减少的趋势;汉江生态经济带13个地级市的工业二氧化硫排放受到收入水平、产业结构、禀赋结构、经济开放度的显著影响,政府干预、金融发展对工业二氧化硫排放影响不显著;本地区工业二氧化硫排放会受到相邻地区的影响,忽略空间相关性会导致相关因素回归系数发生偏差。基于研究结论,文章为汉江生态经济带绿色发展提出了相关建议。
【Abstract】 Based on panel data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Hanjiang River Eco-economic Belt from 2006 to 2016, this paper studies the spatial correlation and influencing factors of industrial SO2 emission. The conclusion shows that there is a significant positive spatial correlation of per capita industrial SO2 emission among the 13 prefecture-level cities since 2006. GDP per capita, industrial structure, the ratio of dependence on foreign trade, capital Intensity are the main influencing factors of industial SO2 emission, while financial scale, degree of government intervention have no significant effect on industial SO2 emission. Industrial SO2 emission is affected by adjacent areas, ignoring spatial correlation will overestimate or underestimate the impact of related factors on industrial SO2 emission. Based on the conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions.
