【摘要】 理清对外直接投资、外商直接投资和绿色创新间的互动关系对实现我国"绿色、创新、开放"三大理念的协调发展具有重要现实意义。通过利用2004—2017年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用PVAR模型、脉冲响应函数、方差分解等方法,实证检验了对外直接投资、外商直接投资和绿色创新三者之间的互动关系。结果表明:对外直接投资可以在一定程度上促进绿色创新,而对外商直接投资起到了抑制作用;绿色创新对我国对外直接投资产生了促进作用,而对外商直接投资具有较明显的抑制作用;外商直接投资会显著地促进我国对外直接投资,但对绿色创新没有显著影响。此外,东、中、西部地区的结果与全国基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of great practical significance to clarify the interactive relationship between outward direct investment, foreign direct investment and green innovation. By using 2004-2017 panel data of 30 provinces in China, used PVAR model, impulse response function and variance decomposition methods, empirically the outward direct investment, foreign direct investment, and the interactive relationship between and among green innovation. The results show that outward direct investment can promote green innovation to a certain extent, while the foreign direct investment plays an inhibitory role. Green innovation has promoted the outward direct investment in China, and it has obvious inhibitory effect on foreign direct investment. Foreign direct investment will significantly promote China’s outward direct investment, but it has no significant impact on green innovation. In addition, the results of the east, middle and western regions are basically consistent with the whole country.更多还原
