【摘要】 节能减排已成为推进经济结构转型与转变经济增长方式的内在动力与重要途径。文章基于因子分析法对2007—2016年安徽省节能减排进行评价分析,并基于灰色关联度进一步分析了安徽省产业结构与节能减排的内在关联。结果显示:节能减排效果总体保持上升趋势,节能减排表现出产业结构异质性,其中工业行业能源消耗与污染物排放最高,节能减排的潜力也最大,服务业行业对节能减排也有一定贡献,第一产业与节能减排关联度最低。因此,应采取分行业的差别化节能减排调控措施,以促进安徽省节能减排与环境保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Energy conservation and emission reduction have become the internal power and important way to promote the economic structure transformation and change the economic growth mode.Based on factor analysis,the paper makes an evaluation analysis of the energy conservation and emissions reduction of 2007-2016 in Anhui Province,and the internal correlation between industrial structure and energy conservation and emission reduction in Anhui Province was further analyzed by using the grey relational degree method.The results show that the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction overall keep a rising trend,and the energy saving and emission reduction shows the heterogeneity of industrial structure.Among them,the industrial industry has the highest energy consumption and pollutant emission,the largest potential of energy saving and emission reduction,the service industry also contributes to energy saving and emission reduction certainly,and the primary industry has the lowest correlation with energy saving and emission reduction.Therefore,different regulation measures of energy saving and emission reduction should be adopted in different industries to promote energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection in Anhui Province.更多还原
