小尺度空间绿色发展分布特征研究——以南京市辖区为例
Study on Distribution Characteristics of Green Development in Small-Scale Space:Taking Districts in Nanjing City as an Example
【摘要】 绿色发展是城市破解资源环境约束、加快推进生态文明建设、实现可持续发展的必然途径。通过对小尺度空间区域绿色发展水平进行评估,从经济发展、资源消耗、环境损害、生态效益四个方面建立小尺度空间绿色发展评价指标体系,以南京市11个市辖区为例,对城市小尺度空间的绿色发展水平进行合理测度及特征分析,找出城市发展过程中的短板和不足,引导发展正效应。结果显示:2016年南京市溧水、高淳和江宁3个市辖区的绿色发展综合指数排名前三位,而栖霞、雨花台和六合3个市辖区的绿色发展综合指数排名后三位,这与南京市的产业结构布局以及各辖区的自然禀赋有关;各分项指数评估结果中,主城区在经济发展方面得分较高,而郊区在环境损害和生态效益方面得分较高,总体评价结果与南京市实际情况较为符合。
【Abstract】 Green development is an inevitable way for cities to break resource and environmental constraints,accelerate the construction of ecological civilization and realize sustainable development.This paper evaluated the green development levels of small-scale space regions and established a small-scale spatial green development evaluation index system from four aspects:economic development,resource consumption,environmental damage and ecological benefits.Taking 11 municipal districts in Nanjing city as an example,based on the small-scale space,the paper made a reasonable measure and characteristic analysis of the city’s green development level,found out the shortcomings in the urban development process,and guided the positive effect of urban development.The results show:In 2016,Lishui,Gaochun and Jiangning ranked the top three in the comprehensive index of green development of 11 municipal districts in Nanjing city,while Qixia,Yuhuatai and Liuhe ranked the bottom three,which were related to the industrial structure layout of Nanjing city and the natural endowments of each district;Among the evaluation results of each sub-index,the main urban area scored higher in terms of economic development,while the suburbs scored higher in terms of environmental damage and ecological benefits.The overall evaluation results were in line with the actual situation of Nanjing city.
