碳交易政策下考虑WTP的闭环供应链定价与协调
Pricing and Coordination of Closed-Loop Supply Chain Considering WTP under Carbon Trading Policy
【摘要】 碳交易机制下,文章考虑了市场消费者对新产品和再制造产品存在不同支付意愿的情况,研究了二级闭环供应链定价与协调问题。首先,通过构建闭环供应链的分散式决策模型、集中式决策模型分析碳限额、WTP对产品定价、供应链系统利润的影响。其次,引入收益共享契约对分散式闭环供应链决策模型进行协调。最后,通过数值仿真进行验证。研究结果表明:(1)产品的批发价和零售价与碳限额G成反比;(2)新产品的定价与WTP值成反比,再制造产品的定价与WTP值成正比;(3)存在最优碳限额G使供应链系统利润达到最大值。
【Abstract】 Under the carbon trading mechanism,the market consumers concern for the different willingness to pay for new products and remanufactured products,and the pricing and coordination of secondary closed-loop supply chains are essential for all members along the supply chain.Firstly,this paper constructs a decentralized decision-making model and a centralized decision-making model for closed-loop supply chain.Through the model analysis of carbon limit,the impact of WTP(willingness to pay) on product pricing and supply chain system profit are studied.Then,the revenue sharing contract is introduced to coordinate the decentralized closed-loop supply chain decision model.Finally,the numerical simulation is used to verify.The research results show that:(1) The wholesale price and retail price of the product are inversely proportional to the carbon limit.(2) The pricing of new products is inversely proportional to the WTP value,and the pricing of remanufactured products is directly proportional to the WTP value.(3) There is an optimal carbon limit can optimize the profit of the supply chain.
