【Abstract】 The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that green finance is not only very important for the development of green economy in China, but also a critical tool for developing the tangible economy. Huzhou is the birth place of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" of Xi Jinping. It is the demonstration city of the construction of ecological civilization and the reform and innovation experimental area of green finance.
