中国工业绿色全要素生产率及其影响因素研究——基于全局SBM方向性距离函数及SYS-GMM模型
Research on China’s Industrial Green Total Factor Productivity and Its Influencing Factors: Based on Global SBM Directional Distance Function and SYS-GMM Model
【摘要】 文章基于全局SBM方向性距离函数,测算了2007—2016年中国30个省份工业企业绿色无效率值和绿色全要素生产率,并利用SYS-GMM模型分析了其影响因素。结果显示:2007—2016年,工业绿色效率呈现稳步增长趋势,东部增速最快,中部增速居中,西部增速最慢。工业绿色全要素生产率有小幅增长,纯技术进步起到了主要拉动作用,纯效率变化起到一定抑制作用。当期研发投入强度以及高煤炭比例的能源结构对工业绿色全要素生产率的增长表现为显著的抑制作用,经济发展水平负效应略小。人力资本结构、产权结构、产业结构、环境规制表现为显著的促进作用,外商直接投资并没有印证"污染避难所假说",而是表现为显著的正效应。
【Abstract】 Based on the global SBM directional distance function, this paper measures the green inefficiency value and green total factor productivity of industrial enterprises in 30 provinces of China from 2007 to 2016, and analyzes the influencing factors by using SYS-GMM model. The results show that from 2007 to 2016, industrial green efficiency showed a steady growth trend, with the fastest growth rate in the east, the middle growth rate in the midland, and the slowest growth rate in the west. Industrial green total factor productivity has increased slightly, pure technological progress has played a major role in pulling, and pure efficiency changes played a certain inhibitory role. R&D investment intensity in the current period and high coal ratio energy structure has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of industrial green total factor productivity,and the negative effect of economic development level is slightly smaller. Human capital structure, property rights structure,industrial structure, and environmental regulation are reflected in the significant promotion role. Foreign direct investment has not confirmed the "contamination shelter hypothesis", but has shown a significant positive effect.
