【摘要】 经济新常态下,提高包装废弃物的回收与资源化利用率是供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。包装废弃物逆向物流回收模式主要有企业自营回收、联合回收和第三方企业回收。首先对三种回收模式的运行机制、组织原理和实际特征进行比较分析,然后基于科学、客观、系统、全面的原则构建包装废弃物逆向物流回收模式评价指标体系,运用熵权法和Borda选择模型对企业包装废弃物回收模式进行选择和评价。以京东集团为算例,为企业选择最适宜的包装废弃物回收模式提供理论参考和应用指导,以期通过合理应用回收模式提高我国包装废弃物的回收利用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the new normal, improving the recycling and resource utilization of packaging waste is an important part of the supply-side structural reform. The reverse logistics recycling mode of packaging waste mainly includes self-operated recycling, joint recycling and third-party enterprise recycling. Firstly, the operational mechanism, organization principle and actual characteristics of the three recovery modes are compared and analyzed, and then based on the principles of science,objectivity, system and comprehensiveness, the evaluation index system for packaging waste reverse logistics recovery model is constructed. Taking Jingdong Group as an example, it provides theoretical reference and application guidance for enterprises to choose the most suitable packaging waste recycling mode, in order to improve the recycling rate of packaging waste in China through the rational application of recycling mode.更多还原
