【摘要】 依据2005—2015年的相关统计数据,运用DEA模型分析民族地区的生态效率,并结合Tobit模型探讨生态效率的影响因素。结果表明:(1)民族地区的生态效率呈现先缓慢下降再上升的趋势,均值低于全国平均水平,且与全国的差距逐步缩小。(2)民族地区各省份的生态效率差异较为明显;固体废弃物的排放和水资源投入的较大冗余是影响生态效率未达DEA有效的主要因素。(3)地区因素、对外开放度与环境规制是阻碍生态效率提高的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper evaluates the eco-efficiency in ethnic regions by using DEA model, and analyzes the factors affecting eco-efficiency by using Tobit model, based on the relevant statistical data from 2005 to 2015. The results show that:(1) The eco-efficiency in ethnic areas shows the trend of first decreasing and then rising, and it is lower than the national average while the gap with the country is gradually narrowing.(2) The difference in ecological efficiency among the provinces within Ethnic Area is more obvious; and greater redundancy of input in solid waste emissions and water resource is the main factor affecting the failure of eco-efficiency to achieve effective DEA.(3) Regional factors, openness to the outside world and environmental regulation are the main factors that hinder the improvement of eco-efficiency.更多还原
