【Abstract】 The food safety emergencies break out with the characteristics of short time and high-impact,the paper established a risk pre-warning system of food safety emergencies by case-based reasoning method,described food safety emergencies,compares and evaluated the food safety emergencies with the case database of risk pre-warning system,gave a warning timely,which can reduce the frequencies and influence fields of food safety emergencies effectively.The paper also supplied some suggestions and measures to build food safety emergencies risk pre-warning system based case-based reasoning.更多还原
