【摘要】 一般认为地方院校师资、教学资源不如重点院校,以致地方院校本科生的培养质量不被认同,本科生考取名校难度加大,这一问题值得关注。研究生入学复试环节涉及本科生科研素质的考查,用以选拔具有科研潜质的学生,因此,招生单位关注哪些具体的科研素质应受到地方院校重视。通过对上饶师范学院生命科学学院2018届录取为硕士研究生的毕业生(4个本科专业:生物科学、生物技术、园林、园艺)复试环节进行研究,发现研究生招生院校和导师注重专业英语、专业知识、实验技能等科研素质或能力。且与普通院校相比,双一流院校更注重专业英语能力考查。为此,提出通过专业培养、科研培养、实践培养三个方面提高地方院校本科生科研素质,也为提高地方院校本科生升研率提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is generally believed that teachers and teaching resources in local universities are inferior to those in key universities,which leads to the disapproval of the quality of undergraduate training in local universities and makes it more difficult for undergraduates to enter famous universities. This problem deserves our attention. Postgraduate entrance reexamination involves evaluating scientific research diathesis of the undergraduate student,which is used to select students with scientific research potential. Therefore,the specific diathesis of scientific research should be paid attention to by local universities. Through the study of the reexamination of the 2018 graduates of the College of life sciences of Shangrao Normal University(4 undergraduate majors: Biological sciences,Biotechnology,Landscape Architecture,Horticulture),we found that the graduate school and supervisors mind professional English,professional knowledge,experimental skills and other scientific research diathesis or ability. Compared with ordinary universities,the double first-rate universities pay more attention to the ability of professional English. For this reason,this paper puts forward three aspects for improving the scientific research diathesis of local universities undergraduate students,such as professional training,scientific research training and practice training. Lastly,this study also provides reference for improving the postgraduate admission rate of undergraduate students in local universities.更多还原
