不同水平菜籽粕含量日粮中添加甜味剂和诱食剂对生长猪生产性能的影响

Effects of sweetener and attractant on growth performance of growing pigs in different levels of daily grain content of rapeseed meal

【摘要】 探讨了不同水平菜籽粕含量日粮中添加甜味剂对30 kg生长猪生长性能的影响,为改善生长猪菜籽粕日粮的适口性和利用率提供参考数据和理论依据.试验用甜味剂添加量为150 g/t.诱食剂添加量为1000 g/t.采用单因子试验设计,试验猪使用完全随机区组分为7个处理,每个处理6个重复(栏),每个重复(栏)4头猪,公母各半.7个处理日粮:(1)玉米-豆粕-麦麸基础日粮(对照组);(2)基础日粮中添加4%菜籽粕(低菜籽粕组);(3)低菜籽粕日粮中添加甜味剂(低菜籽粕甜味剂组);(4)低菜籽粕日粮中添加诱食剂(低菜籽粕诱食剂组);(5)基础日粮中添加8%菜籽粕(高菜籽粕组);(6)高菜籽粕日粮中添加甜味剂(高菜籽粕甜味剂组);(7)高菜籽粕日粮中添加诱食剂(高菜籽粕诱食剂组).结果表明:日粮中替代4%的菜粕会降低猪的生长性能,但添加甜味剂或诱食剂可抵消菜粕的不利影响,并且诱食剂的效果要好于甜味剂.日粮中替代8%的菜粕会显著降低生长猪的生长性能,即使添加甜味剂或诱食剂也较难弥补.

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of adding sweetener in the daily grain content of rapeseed meal at different levels on the growth performance of 30 kg live pigs. The amount of sweetener used in the experiment was 150 g/t. The dosage of attractant was 1000 g/t. Using the single-factor test design, the test pigs were divided into 7 treatments, 6 replications(columns) for each treatment, 4 duplications(columns) for each treatment, and half for each male and half for each treatment.(1) corn-soybean meal-wheat bran basic diet(control group);(2) 4% rapeseed meal was added to basic diets(low rapeseed meal group);(3) added sweeteners in the daily grain of low rapeseed meal(in the group of low rapeseed meal sweeteners);(4) adding food attractant into daily grain of low-rapeseed meal(group of low-rapeseed meal attractant);(5) 8% of rapeseed meal was added to basic diets(high rapeseed meal group);(6) added sweeteners to daily grain of high rapeseed meal(high rapeseed meal sweetener group);(7) feeding attractant was added to daily grain of high rapeseed meal(group of high rapeseed meal attractant). The results showed that substituting 4% of the feed in the diet reduced the growth performance of the pigs, but the negative effects of the feed were offset by the addition of sweetener or attractant, and the effect of the attractant was better than the sweetener. Substituting 8% of the feed in the diet significantly reduced the growth performance of the growing pigs, even with the addition of sweeteners or attractants.
