阿胶肽制备过程中脱脂工艺研究
Study on Degreasing Process in the Preparation of Gelatin Peptide
【摘要】 以阿胶为原料,经蛋白酶酶解得酶解液,通过脱脂剂选择,结果活性炭脱脂效果好于海藻酸钠,以油脂含量为指标,经单因素响应面优化活性炭脱脂工艺,结果为pH 7.63,温度26.04℃,固液比1∶38.3(W/V)时,此时的脱脂率为98.84%。
【Abstract】 As raw material,Colla corii asini was enzymatically hydrolyzed by protease to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate.Different degreasing agents were selected to prove that the degreasing effect of activated carbon is better than that of sodium alginate.With the oil content as the index,the activated carbon degreasing process which was optimized by single-factor response surface gave a degreasing rate of 98.84% under the following treatment conditions:pH 7.63,26.04 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶38.3(W/V).
