基于网络外卖、网络订餐环境下的高校食品安全管理策略
University Food Safety Management Strategies Based on Network Takeaway and Online Ordering Environment
【摘要】 近年来,网络订餐、网络外卖成为高校学生主要的食物来源方式。大学生通过手机、平板电脑等互联网移动终端,利用第三方网络外卖平台进行订餐,不仅在一定程度上改善了大学食堂餐品单一现象,同时也丰富了菜品口味。然而,网络外卖、网络订餐环境下的食品安全堪忧,长期的订餐活动将对高校学生身体健康带来不同程度的负面影响。本文通过对现阶段高校网络订餐存在种种问题的分析,从食品安全管理的角度提出相关解决策略。
【Abstract】 In recent years, online ordering and online takeaway have become the main food sources for college students. College students use Internet mobile terminals such as mobile phones and tablets to order meals using third-party Internet take-out platforms, which not only improves the single phenomenon of university canteen meals to a certain extent,but also enriches the taste of dishes. However, the safety of food in the environment of online takeout and online ordering is worrying. The long-term ordering activities have brought different negative effects on the health of college students. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of online ordering in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some relevant solutions from the angle of food safety management.
