【Abstract】 In the Internet era, take-outfood is widely favored by office workers and students because of affordable prices, fast food delivery and time saving.But, many people eat gluten for a long time, and there are usually gastrointestinal diseases. Some people even eat diarrhea after taking out, which is a serious food safety problem.
