互联网外卖市场食品安全问题研究

【摘要】 在互联网时代,外卖由于价格实惠、送餐快、节省时间而受到上班族和学生的青睐,但很多人由于长时间吃外卖而出现肠胃疾病,有人甚至吃完外卖就腹泻,这些都是严重的食品安全问题。基于此,本文分析了互联网外卖市场食品安全问题,并提出了解决措施,希望能够更好地保护消费者权益。

【Abstract】 In the Internet era, take-outfood is widely favored by office workers and students because of affordable prices, fast food delivery and time saving.But, many people eat gluten for a long time, and there are usually gastrointestinal diseases. Some people even eat diarrhea after taking out, which is a serious food safety problem. Based on this, this paper analyzes the food safety problem in the Internet take-away market and proposes solutions to it, hoping to better protect consumer rights.
