【摘要】 在"绿水青山就是金山银山"观念不断深入人心的今天,人民群众对于自然环境和食品安全的关注度与日俱增。从国家层面来说,生态环境和食品安全不仅仅是当下需要重视和应对的大问题,更是关系到国家长治久安和民族兴旺发展的重要战略问题。加大力度从农业生态环境建设着手来确保食品安全,无疑是解决这一系列重大问题的一个重要手段。因此,有必要多措并举保护环境,从源头把控食品安全第一关。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts. People pay more and more attention to the natural environment and food safety. From the national level,the ecological environment and food safety are not only the major issues that need to be paid attention to and dealt with at present, but also the important strategic issues related to the long-term stability of the country and the prosperity and development of the nation. It is undoubtedly that an important means to solve this problem is to strengthen efforts to ensure food safety from the construction of agricultural ecological environment. Therefore, it is necessary to take many measures to protect the ecological environment and control food safety from the field to tables.
