【摘要】 本文通过对2017年湖南省青少年蹦床比赛的参赛运动员、运动成绩等数据进行分析,并与往届以及其他地区比赛的相关数据相比较,并结合湖南省男子蹦床后备人才发展的现状,发现针对湖南省男子蹦床进一步加强后备人才培养中所存在的问题并对加一步加强湖南省男子蹦床后备人才这一战略性目标提出相关的建设性建议。运用文献资料法、对比分析法和数理统计法以及问卷调查法对参加2017年湖南省青少年蹦床比赛的运动员的培养现状进行相关调查,可以反映出湖南省男子蹦床整体水平不高、参赛运动员水平两端分化、蹦床运动员选材途径较窄等问题,同时,结合湖南省对于蹦床运动发展现阶段所存在的问题与全国各地蹦床发展的情况整合,分析对湖南省运动后备人才这一战略目标提出实效性建议和方案,为湖南男子蹦床进一步加强后备人才提供动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the athletes,sports performance and other data in the 2017 Hunan youth trampoline competition,compared with the related data in the past and other regions,and combined with the status of the development of the men’s trampoline reserve talents in Hunan Province,the problems in the further promotion of reserved talents training in Hunan men’s trampoline is explored,and some constructive suggestions are put forward. By using the method of literature, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and questionnaire,investigation is carried out on the present situation of the training of athletes participating in Hunan through provincial youth trampoline competition in 2017. It is reflected that the overall level of the men ’s trampoline in Hunan Province is comparatively low,the performance of athletes are polarized,and the talent selection resources are limited. At the same time,combined with the integration of trampoline development at the present stage in Hunan Province and the situation of trampoline development all over the country,it puts forward practical suggestions and plans for the strategic target of Hunan sports reserve talents,which will provide impetus for the further strengthening of reserve talents for the men’s trampoline in Hunan.更多还原
