【摘要】 大规模地震灾害应急救援中,需要构建合理的应急物流网络,对应急物流进行有效组织与管理,以提高救援物资及时、准确配送,缓解灾区救援凌乱无序的状况。文中构建了"供应点-中转设施-需求点"的大规模地震灾害两级应急物流网络,对该网络中的节点及通道要素进行分析,并简要提出了网络优化管理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the massive earthquake disaster emergency rescue,it’s need to construct a reasonable emergency logistics network,to organize and manage the emergency logistics effectively,to improve the supplies timely and delivery accurately,and relieve the disorder of disaster area.This paper constructs the "outlets-transit facilities-demand point"of two levels of a massive earthquake disaster emergency logistics network,and analysis the nodes and channel factors in the network,then put forward the network optimization management advices briefly.更多还原
