气相色谱法和离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的方法比对

【摘要】 目的优化并比较气相色谱法(gas chromatography)和离子色谱法(ion chromatography)测定生活饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸。方法对气相色谱法和离子色谱法测定二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的方法进行优化和改进,对灵敏度、精密度、回收率等指标作比对,并对中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所研制的标准物质进行定值,对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果 2种方法均能较好地对生活饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸进行定性和定量分析,气相色谱法的检出限分别为1、0.5μg/L,平均回收率范围为96.0%~99.1%,相对标准偏差为0.66%~2.42%。离子色谱法的检出限分别为10、20μg/L,平均回收率范围为97.2%~99.8%,相对标准偏差为0.59%~1.90%。对标准物质定值结果无显著性差异。结论气相色谱法检出限低,离子色谱法前处理简单, 2种方法各有优缺点,可根据实际情况选择适宜的分析方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize and compare the determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water by gas chromatography(GC) and ion chromatography(IC). Methods The methods of determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid by gas chromatography and ion chromatography were optimized and improved. The sensitivity, precision, recovery and other indicators were compared. The standard substance developed by the Chinese center for disease control and prevention of environmental and health related product safety institute was determined and the results were analyzed statistically. Results Both methods could be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water. The limits of detection of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid were 1 μg/L and 0.5 μg/L,respectively, the average recoveries were 96.0%~99.1%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.66%~2.42% by GC. The limits of detection of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid were 10 μg/L and20 μg/L, respectively, the average recoveries were 97.2%~99.8%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.59%~1.90% by IC. There was no significant difference in the determination results of standard substance.Conclusion The limit of detection of gas chromatography is lower and the pretreatment methods of ion chromatography is simpler. Because the 2 methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, the appropriate analysis method can be selected according to the actual situation.
