骨碎补总黄酮防治原发性骨质疏松症的研究进展

【摘要】 骨质疏松症为常见的骨代谢疾病,随着社会老龄化加剧,其发病率亦逐年上升。近年来,传统中药防治骨质疏松症研究不断深入,研究发现,骨碎补及骨碎补总黄酮具有较明显的抗骨质疏松活性,能够通过有效地调节骨代谢及改善骨结构来发挥防治骨质疏松症的作用。本文从骨碎补总黄酮改善骨代谢及防治骨质疏松的细胞、动物、临床水平及相关通路研究进行综述,分析了目前研究概况及存在的问题,旨在为该药材防治骨质疏松症的深入研究及开发新的靶向治疗药物提供参考及借鉴。

【Abstract】 Osteoporosis is a common bone metabolic disease. As the aggravation of social aging, its incidence rate is increasing year by year. In recent years, the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of loosening disease has been deepened, and it has been found that the flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae and its granules had obvious anti-osteoporosis activity, which could prevent osteoporosis by effectively regulating bone metabolism and improving bone structure. This article reviews the research on the cell, animal, clinical level and related pathways of bone granules to improve bone metabolism and prevent and treat osteoporosis,and analyzes the current research situation and existing problems. The aim of this work is to provide reference for the in-depth study of the medicinal materials for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and the development of new targeted therapeutic drugs.
