地震损毁水利工程的安全度汛和除险加固对策

【摘要】 四川省汶川地震造成一些大坝、溢洪道、渠道、涵洞、隧洞等建筑物的损毁,这些建筑物不仅无法实现水利功能,而且面临洪水威胁。在分析水利工程地震损毁特点的基础上,提出了地震灾区主要水利设施安全度汛的应急措施和除险加固对策。

【Abstract】 Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province resulted in damages of many water structures such as dams, spillways, canals, culverts, tunnels and so on. These damaged structures neither operate normally nor withstand floods safely. In this paper, based on analysis of features of damaged water structures caused by the earthquake, emergency measures of flood control are presented, and solutions for disaster relief and reinforcement of damaged water structures are put forward.
