生物质电厂灰水泥胶砂力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 为研究生物质电厂灰作为掺合料的性能,探究电厂灰的发展前景与应用潜力。本次试验采用马尔文3000型激光粒度仪测定电厂灰的粒度分布,使用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)分析电厂灰的化学成分,并使用生物质灰和纯水泥(对照组)制备水泥胶砂,探究其早期力学性能的变化。结果表明:电厂灰作为掺合料的水泥胶砂早期的抗折、抗压强度都远远低于普通硅酸盐水泥同龄期的强度,3 d时的强度比很小,但随着龄期的增加,28 d时强度比已大大提高,其趋势也已逐渐接近水泥的抗折、抗压强度。电厂灰作为掺合料的水泥胶砂的抗折、抗压强度不满足规范要求,故不可直接应用于工程中,需对生物质电厂灰再进行一些处理(灼烧、酒精萃取等)后再应用。

【Abstract】 In order to study the performance of power plant’s biofuel ash as admixture, the development prospect and application potential of power plant ash were explored. In this test, the particle size distribution of power plant ash was measured by Malvern 3000 laser particle size analyzer. The chemical composition of power plant ash was analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF), and cement mortar was prepared using biofuel ash and pure cement(control group). To explore the changes in its early mechanical properties. The results show that although the ash specific surface area of the power plant is small, the particles are still larger than the natural volcanic ash particles, and the ash sample contains a large amount of chemical components which are unfavorable for activity such as MgO and K2O, which seriously affects the performance of the power plant ash as a blending material. The early flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar as power admixture of power plant ash is far lower than that of ordinary Portland cement. The strength ratio at 3 d is small, but with the increase of age, The strength ratio at 28 d has been greatly improved, and the trend has gradually approached the flexural and compressive strength of cement. It is found that the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar as the admixture do not meet the requirements of the specification, so it cannot be directly applied to the project. It is necessary to carry out some treatment on the power plant’s biofuel ash(burning, alcohol extraction, etc.) apply later.
