温度对荧光监测技术中光电流检测影响的试验研究

【摘要】 荧光监测技术在测量地下水渗透流速过程中,光电流检测的准确性是整个监测系统的核心,而地下水温度对荧光检测试剂光电流影响具有未知性。为此,本文设计了一套光电流检测系统,并进行了地下水温度对光电流值影响的室内试验以及敏感性分析。试验结果表明:温度为影响光电流值的主要因素,且两者呈线性相关,并通过温度与光电流值数据拟合得到了相关函数关系式,提高了荧光监测中光电流的检测精度。

【Abstract】 The seepage velocity of groundwater is one of the main factors affecting the stability of landslide mass. The accuracy of light-current detection is the core of the whole monitoring system in the process of measuring the seepage velocity of groundwater by fluorescence monitoring technology, while the influence of groundwater temperature on light-current of fluorescence detection reagent is unknown. In order to solve this problem, a light-current detection system is designed in this paper, and the indoor test and sensitivity analysis of the influence of groundwater temperature on light-current values of detection reagents are carried out. The experimental results show that temperature is the main influencing factor of light-current value, and the relationship is linearly correlated. The correlation function is obtained, which improves the detection accuracy of light-current in fluorescence monitoring.
