基于关键指标的水库大坝震损程度综合评价体系

【摘要】 地震导致水利工程的破坏,而震损水库给下游人民带来严重威胁.合理评价水库震损程度对指导除险加固具有重要意义.针对震损水库的特点,建立了震损水库综合评价指标体系.采用震损水库4级划分原则,对指标进行分级和阈值确定,并提出了关键指标的概念.在所建立的综合评价体系中,首先对指标体系中的关键指标进行评价.当关键指标显著时,则认为综合评价体系整体显著;当关键指标均不显著时,再运用线性加权和法对水库震损程度评价指标体系进行整体评价.实例分析表明,文中所提的评价体系客观可行.

【Abstract】 Hydraulic projects are damaged during the earthquake,and earthquake damaged reservoirs bring tremendous threats to the downstream residents.Evaluation of earthquake damaged reservoir dams is of significance to the risk control and reinforcement of damaged reservoir dams.According to the characteristics of damaged reservoirs,the comprehensive evaluation indexes system is established.This paper adopts the 4-level grading of earthquake damage,and the indexes are classified to determine their thresholds.Then the concept of key indexes is put forward.In the comprehensive evaluation system established in this paper,the evaluation of key indexes should be carried out first.If one of the key indexes is remarkable,the whole comprehensive evaluation system is considered remarkable.If all the indexes aren′t remarkable,then the linear additive weighting method is used to carry out the holistic comprehensive evaluation of earthquake damaged reservoirs.The project application indicates the method presented in this paper is more objective and practical.
