灯泡贯流泵房机组的橡胶垫减振措施研究

【摘要】 针对南水北调东线工程大型灯泡贯流泵房的振动问题,首次提出采用橡胶垫减振的振动控制措施.采用经典减振理论进行减振设计,通过参数控制选择合适的橡胶垫,确定设计方案,采用Bouc-Wen微分型恢复力模型模拟橡胶垫的非线性滞回特性,利用MATLAB中的SIMULINK工具进行仿真分析,通过非线性计算验证方案的可行性.将橡胶垫减振措施应用于淮阴三站的减振设计,计算结果表明,采用减振措施后振动强度可降低50%以上.

【Abstract】 Vibration damping measure with rubber buffers is proposed for the first time to be applied to the vibration control of the large-scale bulb tubular pump-house in the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.Classical damping theory is used for damping design and suitable rubber buffers are selected through parameter control.Bouc-Wen hysteretic model is applied to simulate the nonlinear characteristics of rubber buffers.With simulation analysis based on SIMULINK of MATLAB,the number and the arrangement of rubber buffers are verified through nonlinear calculation.This damping method is used for the damping design of Huaiyin Third Pumping Station and vibration can be reduced by more than 50% after adopting the damping measure.
