小南海水库地震堰塞坝体防渗处理

【摘要】 对小南海水库地震堰塞坝体物质组成、渗漏特性进行分析和试验研究,采用帷幕灌浆的防渗处理方案解决了堰塞坝体的渗漏问题。采用泥浆护壁、分段回转钻进的钻孔方法,以及孔口封闭、自上而下分段、孔内循环式的灌浆方法灌注水泥黏土浆液,成功地实施了坝体帷幕灌浆;防渗帷幕按高程分段采用不同的防渗标准,满足了坝体的防渗要求;采用潜孔偏心锤跟管钻进、多级孔径套管护壁钻进等施工工艺,解决了检查孔的钻进问题;采用静水头压水试验,测试成果真实地反映了坝体的透水特性。质量检查和渗漏观测资料显示,坝体防渗效果良好。

【Abstract】 The composition and permeability property of the earthquake-induced barrier bar of the Xiaonanhai Reservoir are analyzed.The curtain grouting treatment of the barrier bar foundation is considered to solve the seepage problem.During construction,sectioned grouting from top to bottom with slurry cycling in the hole and an enclosure at the top of the hole is applied.The results of the practical grouting show that the grouting effect is excellent in spite of some difficulties in execution.To meet the requirements of seepage control,different anti-seepage standards are employed according to the elevation of the foundation,and a hydrostatic pressure test is performed to precisely determine the permeability property of the dam body.Finally,the quality inspection and seepage observation data show that the effect of seepage control of the earthquake-induced barrier bar of Xiaonanhai Reservoir is quite good.
