【Abstract】 The current research on optimization and uncertainty of construction schedule for hydropower projects is reviewed in this paper. The research on risks and optimization of the construction network program is of significance when the lasting time of the construction is uncertain. It is also pointed out that postponing the beginning of projects as later as possible may help save project investments or costs if the risks of the construction progresses are known.更多还原
