饲料中添加益生菌制剂对水貂生产性能及免疫指标的影响

【摘要】 为研究饲料中添加益生菌制剂对水貂生产性能及免疫指标的影响,试验采用单因素完全随机设计,选择60日龄体重为(960.55±80.45)g雄性水貂60只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只,1组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%益生菌制剂,试验期60 d,试验结束测定其生长性能和免疫指标。结果表明:(1)试验2、3、4组的平均日采食量(ADFI)均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3、4组的平均日增重(ADG)分别较1组提高38.8%、31.8%(P <0.05),料重比(F/G)分别较1组降低18.6%、16.2%(P <0.05)。(2)试验2、3、4组血清中的IgM、IgA、IL-6含量均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3、4组血清中IgG、IL-2含量较1组分别提高23.5%、14.8%、10.2%、8.2%(P <0.05)。综上,在基础饲料中添加1.0%益生菌制剂可以提高水貂的生长性能和免疫指标。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of probiotics on mink production performance and immune indexes,60 male minks aged 60 days were randomly divided into four groups with 3 replicates in each group,5 in each replicate. One group was fed with basic diet as blank control group. Two,three and four groups were fed with 0.5%,1.0% and 1.5% probiotics respectively in the basic diet for 60 days.The growth performance and immune index were measured at the end of the experiment.The results showed that:(1) The avergae daily feed intake(ADFI) of test 2,3 and 4 groups were higher than that of test 1 group(P > 0.05),the average daily gain(ADF) of test 3 and 4 groups were 38.8% and 31.8% higher than that of test 1 group(P < 0.05),feed/gain(F/G) were 18.6% and 16.2% lower than that of test 1 group respectively(P < 0.05).(2) The contents of IgM,Ig A and IL-6 in the serum of test 2,3 and 4 groups were higher than those of test 1 group(P > 0.05). The contents of IgG and IL-2 in the serum of test 3 and 4 groups were 23.5%,14.8%,10.2% and 8.2% higher than those of test 1 group respectively(P < 0.05). In conclusion that adding 1.0% probiotics to the basic feed could improve the growth performance and immune index of mink.
