【Abstract】 Effective utilization of the vegetable wastes resources can solve the environmental pollution caused by vegetable wastes,and promote the sustainable development of the vegetable industry.The technology of processe and utilization of vegetable wastes is the key to realize the utilization of vegetable wastes.This paper introduced the research progress of domestic and foreign processing and utilization technologies from the aspects of feed,fertilizer,substrate,raw material and energy.This paper also discussed how to develop and select vegetable wastes processing and utilization technology according to the type,classification and source of vegetable wastes.更多还原
