激光诱导击穿光谱在流域侵蚀研究中的应用

【摘要】 针对目前研究流域侵蚀的泥沙溯源方法中存在的诸多问题,国内引进了一种新兴的流域侵蚀元素分析系统。该系统将激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)和土壤粒径分析技术相结合,达到了快速、准确地分析泥沙来源及流域的侵蚀程度的目的。为此,介绍系统中LIBS技术的应用,同时对该技术在流域元素分析中存在的定量分析精度、光谱稳定性等关键问题进行了分析。结果表明,通过结合内标法、多变量线性回归等方法能提高定量分析的精度;通过改变激光能量和延迟时间等参数可以减小背景和噪声对信号的影响。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems existing in current research on sediment traceability of watershed erosion,a new analysis system for basin erosion element has been introduced in China. The system combines laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy( LIBS) and soil particle size analysis techniques to achieve a fast and accurate analysis of sediment source and erosion extent.The application of LIBS technology in the system is introduced and key problems of quantitative analysis accuracy and spectral stability in watershed element analysis are studied. The results show that the accuracy of quantitative analysis can be improved by combining internal standard method and multivariate linear regression,and the influences of background and noise on signal can be reduced by changing parameters such as laser energy and delay time.
