气温变化和挤压墙约束对堆石坝面板开裂的影响
Impacts of Air Temperature Variation and Extrusion Side Wall Constraint on Face Slab Cracking of CFRDs
【摘要】 针对公伯峡水电站堆石坝面板在运行期出现很多纵向裂缝的实际情况,利用能充分反应面板温度和应力边界条件的实测数据,采用有限元子模型分析了气温变化和挤压墙约束对面板开裂的影响。计算和分析结果表明,温度荷载产生的裂缝与实际裂缝在分布规律上相符合,挤压墙与面板间的切向劲度值对面板温度应力影响较大。
【Abstract】 For studying the longitudinal cracks which generate on the face slab of Gongboxia CFRD during operation period,the finite element model is used to analyze the impacts of air temperature variation and extrusion side wall constraint on the cracking of face slab.The measured data which can fully reflect actual thermal and mechanical boundary conditions of face slab are used in the model.The calculation results show that the distribution of cracks caused by temperature load is similar with the actual distribution of cracks,and the tangential stiffness of contact face between face slab and extrusion side wall has greater effect on the temperature stress of face slab.
