汶川地震灾区大中型水电工程大坝震损分析
Seismic Damage Analysis on Large and Medium-sized Hydropower Project in Wenchuan Earthquake-Stricken Area
【摘要】 汶川地震是新中国成立以来波及范围最广、破坏性最强的一次地震。灾区水电开发程度较高,掌握水电工程挡水建筑物震损情况对电站下游安全及电站正常运行至关重要。通过对灾区大中型水电工程挡水建筑物震损情况的描述,初步分析了震损特点。分析表明:只要坝址选择恰当,按现代理论设计和施工管理建成的大坝,具有足够的抗震安全性能;强震地区可以建高坝;地震问题不会成为我国西南地区高坝建设的制约因素。
【Abstract】 The hydropower potential has been well developed in Wenchuan Earthquake-stricken area.The investigation and analysis on seismic damage to the water retaining structure of hydropower projects shows that the dam has good seismic performance if the dam is designed,constructed and managed according to modern theory and the dam site is appropriately selected.The high dam can be built in high intensity earthquake area,and the earthquake should not be the constraints for dam construction in Southwest China.
