1000 MW电站锅炉布袋除尘器入口烟气流场优化数值模拟

【摘要】 国内某1 000 MW超超临界参数变压直流电站锅炉布袋除尘器入口烟气流场均匀性差,导致喷水减温系统启动,进而影响布袋除尘器安全、高效运行。基于现场测试及烟道结构进行数值模拟,确定了导流板加装方案。改造后,布袋除尘器入口烟气温度和烟气速度分布均匀性得到明显改善。

【Abstract】 The large deviation of the flue gas flow field uniformity at bag filter entrance in a domestic 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical once-through boiler leaded to the start-up of its water spraying desuperheating system and affected its safe and efficient operation. The deflector was installed based on the numerical simulation and on-site test. After installation,the uniformity of the flue gas velocity and temperature at the bag filters entrances is improved obviously.
