铝合金箱式模块组合桥结构及承载能力分析

【摘要】 针对我国道路桥梁应急抢通装备缺乏的现状,采用一种铝合金轻质箱式模块,可以拼组成车辙式箱梁桥用于灾后道路桥梁应急抢通。介绍了该模块的基本构成以及架设单元,论述了车辙式箱梁桥的构成和架设,验证了该模块具有自重小、易架设的特点,非常适合山区快速构建桥梁。在MIDAS/Civil中建立车辙式箱梁桥模型,对其结构性能进行模拟分析,结果表明铝合金箱式模块桥可以满足公路二级标准。

【Abstract】 Based on the present situation of the lack of the emergency repair equipment of roads and bridges in China,a aluminum light box module was adopted,which can spell rutting type box module bridge used for the emergency repair of road and bridge after disasters.First the basic structure of the module and construction units are introduced in this paper,and then the composition and erection of box module bridge are discussed,the characteristics of small weight and easy erection is verified,very suitable for mountainous area to quickly build Bridges.Finally in MIDAS/Civil a model of the ruttingbox module bridge is established and simulation analysis of the structure performance is performed,the results show that aluminum alloy box module bridge can attain highway secondary standard.
