基于ANSYS的HJJ31546型海洋井架安全性分析

【摘要】 采用ANSYS软件对HJJ31546型海洋井架进行不同工况下的静力计算、模态分析及地震谱响应分析,得到了井架结构的固有频率、振型及在各种工况下的最大应力。结果表明:HJJ31546型海洋井架符合API Spec 4F设计规范;外界环境频率接近1.5Hz时,井架可能会因共振而受到破坏;井架沿地震位移激励方向的响应明显。所得结论可为海洋钻机井架的设计、优化、评价提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The ANSYS software was used to simulate static calculation of different conditions,modal analysis and random vibration analysis.The natural frequency and mode of the derrick were obtained,as well as the maximum stress in a variety of conditions.It is found that model HJJ31546 offshore derrick complies with API Spec 4Fdesign specifications.Derrick may be damaged due to resonance when the frequency of the external environment is close to 1.5Hz.It also has obvious incentive along the direction of the seismic response of displacement.This study can provide the basis for offshore derrick design and optimization and is important for the mechanical function evaluation of offshore derrick simultaneously.
