油井导管打入过程缺陷部位动应力分析
The stress analysis of failure area of well conduit at insertion
【摘要】 在钻井作业中,为防止地裂、井口坍塌和污染地下水资源,钻井施工前需要将导管打入地层中,形成封闭的环形空间。文章以波动理论为基础建立了导管打入的动力学模型,以导管存在长方体缺陷为例,针对导管打入时缺陷部位的动应力进行了分析,预测了缺陷处最容易破坏的具体位置,可为导管缺陷处的失效判定提供依据。
【Abstract】 In order to prevent formation crack,well falling down and polluting ground water during drilling operation,the well conduit shall be inserted into ground before drilling to form a closed annual space.This paper presents the analysis based on the waving force theory to establish a dynamic mode using the failure area as sample.The test predicts the accurate part of easy damage area to provide criteria of failure.
