红层缺水区地下水资源开发利用研究进展及其现状

【摘要】 解决红层区缺水问题一直是水文地质界关注的热点问题之一.通过系统分析文献资料和野外调查等,论述了红层缺水区地下水资源开发利用的发展和存在的主要问题.红层缺水区地下水资源开发利用的发展可分为四个阶段:20世纪70年代以前为落后原始取水状态;20世纪70年代到2000年为区域水文地质普查与基础研究阶段;2000—2011年为红层地下水开发利用理论发展成熟与实践研究阶段;2011年—至今为地下水资源开发的可持续利用探讨阶段.当前采用的小型机井式开采浅层地下水资源的方法,能够基本满足红层缺水区部分分散农户家庭的小量饮水需求,由于其成本低(政府出资打井,农户仅承担供水设备费用)、取水距离短,取水时间自由,社会效益显著等优点,促使了机井布设的速度较快,已成为当地缓解或解决红层缺水区人畜饮水困难的主要措施.但近年来,这种模式供水的可持续性受到了严重挑战,保护地下水资源持续利用非常迫切,以防止该地区部分农户的人畜饮水困难和安全问题反弹有重要的现实意义.

【Abstract】 Solving water shortage troubles always are one of hotspots for hydro geologists in the Red Bed regions.By analysis literatures of underground water and field investigation,the paper deals with the development and trend of the underground water resources exploiting,and attentions are also paid to the potential and problems existed underground water resources exploiting.The history of underground water resources exploiting study can be divided into four stages:①Primitive and unsanitary drinking water utilization(before 1960),②Regional hydro geological reconnaissance and basic research of hydrogeology conditions(from 1960-1990),③Maturity theory of water-rich rocks and practice to promote digging well(from 1970 year to 2000 year),④Discuss of sustainable underground water supply(after 2011 until present).At present,little of diameter well of suppling water may fulfill need of water for family,Characterized by lost cost of digging well(government dig well free for farmers except for water supply installations),and short distance of water pipe,and free time of pump underground water,and significant social benefits,these superiorities impel dogged well faster,latter become important measures on solving water shortage troubles in the Red Bed regions.However,the mode of suppling underground water has crossed of sustainable problems for the past few years,so now need adopt urgently to protect underground water resources,in order to avoid rebound condition of water shortage troubles again for some family,this is a certain practical significances.
