【Abstract】 Through studies for almost half century, the Three Gorges Project has started to build. Three Gorges Project was fully justified, and the conclusion obtained from justification is that construction of Three Gorges Project is feasible in technology and reasonable in economy. During the justifying process,however, some people from social circles were concerned for certain problems about construction of three Gorges Project, and now some of them would not thoroughly understand these problems yet. This paper sets forth our knowledges on the following problems: reservoir sedimentation, induced earthquake and reservoir bank stability, dam safety in case of a war, ecology and environment, and resettlement of relocatees.更多还原
