【摘要】 目的:基于不同地区及人口学特征,对汶川地震重灾区医务工作者职业倦怠现状进行分析。方法:采用统计描述、T检验和方差分析。结果:受灾程度严重、经济水平及交通通达性高的灾区是职业倦怠高发地;处在"事业爬坡期"者是职业倦怠高危人群;医技人员和行政后勤管理人员的职业倦怠应引起重视。建议:干预措施要因地、因人而异,高危地人群和"事业爬坡期"人群是重点干预对象;关注医技和行政后勤管理人员的职业倦怠问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to analyze the status of job burnout of medical workers in Wenchuan quake-hit area based on different regions and demographic characteristics.Methods: statistical description,T test and variance analysis method.Results: the regions with great damage,high economic level and convenient traffic is of high occurrence;those medical workers who are in "the course of climbing" are at high risk of burnout;burnout of the medical technicians and administrative staff should be paid attention to.Suggestions: interventions vary from different regions and people;high-risk regions and groups should be more focused on;full attention should be paid to burnout of medical technicians and administrative staff.更多还原
