新疆玛热勒苏水库面板堆石坝天然砂砾石垫层料试验研究

【摘要】 新彊玛热勒苏水库大坝为混凝土面板砂砾石坝,坝体由垫层区、砂砾石区、爆破料填筑区、滤水坝址区、上游铺盖区、盖重区及特殊垫层料区组成,其中垫层料6.4万m~3,特殊垫层料0.27万m~3。目前在建面板堆石坝垫层料主要由机械轧制碎石掺机制砂来配制,为充分利用当地适用材料,玛热勒苏水库大坝采用了戈壁滩广泛分布的天然砂砾石料作为垫层料。由于垫层料直接影响着大坝的稳定和渗透安全,对材料的级配、渗透及其力学强度有较高要求,为切实保证大坝的施工安全和运行安全,在现场调查基础上,通过室内试验探讨玛热勒苏水库大坝天然砂砾石垫层料的级配、渗透、压缩和强度特性,并对天然砂砾石料的现场填筑质量进行评测,为严寒地区修建混凝土面板砂砾石坝积累研究经验。

【Abstract】 The dam of Majelesu Reservoir in Xinjiang is a concrete face rockfill dam(CFRD). The dam body is composed of cushion area, gravel area, blasting material filling area, dam site area, upstream pavement area, overlay area and special cushion material area. The cushion material is 6.4×10~4m~3 and the special cushion material is 0.27×10~4m~3. At present, the cushion material of CFRD is mainly made up of mechanically rolled macadam mixed with manufactured sand. In order to make full use of local applicable materials, natural gravel material widely distributed in the Gobi Desert is used as cushion material for the dam of Majelesu Reservoir. Because the cushion material directly affects the stability and seepage safety of the dam, the gradation, seepage and mechanical strength of the material have higher requirements. In order to ensure the construction safety and operation safety of the dam, this paper discussed the gradation of natural gravel cushion material for the dam of Majelesu Reservoir through laboratory tests on the basis of field investigation. The characteristics of permeability, compression and strength, and the quality of natural sand and gravel in-situ filling are evaluated, which accumulates research experience for the construction of CFRD in cold areas.
