【Abstract】 The eco-compensation for the Phase I of the West-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is analyzed herein;in which not only the five related key elements,i.e.compensation subject,compensation object,compensation basis,compensation manners and compensation standard are discussed,but the measures and suggestions for the eco-compensation are also presented,so as to provide some references for both the construction and the operation of the project concerned.更多还原
